Welcome to Ghorer Bazar ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate the mobile application Ghorer Bazar, which is an online grocery and daily essentials delivery platform. We are deeply committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

When you use our mobile application and services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the application, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You: We collect names; phone numbers; email addresses; delivery addresses; and other similar contact data. This information is primarily required to process and fulfill your grocery orders accurately and ensure quick 120-minute or scheduled deliveries.
Payment Data: If you make online payments, we may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number (like credit/debit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. (Note: All payment data is handled securely by third-party payment gateways compliant with industry standards).
Location Data: We may collect location information from your device to help you set your delivery address, check product availability in your local area, and allow our delivery partners to reach your doorstep without hassle.
Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the application. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our app.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information collected via our app for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.
To Facilitate Account Creation and Logon: We use the information you provided to allow you to create an account and log in to the app for seamless grocery shopping.
To Deliver and Manage Orders: We use your name, phone number, and home address strictly to pack, ship, and deliver your grocery orders on time within 120-minute delivery windows.
To Send Administrative Information: We may use your personal information to send you product, service, and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
Fulfill and Manage Your Orders: We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the app.
To Protect Our Services: We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our application safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
To Enforce Our Terms, Conditions, and Policies for business purposes, legal reasons, and contractual compliance.
To Respond to Legal Requests and Prevent Harm: If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our app is at your own risk. You should only access the app within a secure environment.

Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by logging into your account settings or contacting us.
Opting out of marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by updating your app notification preferences.
CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
